Mixes: Choose your basic color in the smaller circle. Align it with a color of the larger circle and in the window, you will see the third color resulting from mixing the colors you selected. With just five basic colors you can easily create 84 new colors.

Combinations: The back of the Color Wheel will help you choose the colors for your project. Turn the circle to your primary color, and see the suggested colors that match it, depending on the effect you want (analog, contrast, etc.)
