The following shipping methods are available:

 

Shipping to your destination

Shipping to Greece

The minimum net value (before other charges) of an order, which can be shipped with cash on delivery, is set to 10 Euros. Below this value, the order is sent only upon payment.

We use courier service for packages up to 2kgr. If your order is heavier than 2 kg or it contains bulky items, it will be sent by registered post. 
 
For destinations in Greece, shipping is free for order value (before any charges) equal to or more than 55 Euros and up to 2 Kgr. However, we sell some products that do not qualify for free shipping. This is clearly mentioned in the product description. For packages heavier than 2 Kgr there is an extra fee of 1.5 Euro per extra Kgr.
 
If the volumetric weight of a shipment exceeds the actual weight, the fee is based on the volumetric weight. It is calculated using the following formula: Volumetric weight in kg = (Length in cm) * (Height in centimeters) * (Width in cm) / 5.000

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, there is an extra fee of 2.80€ per shipment. If you choose to pay by PayPal there is an extra fee of 3€ per order. If you want to pay by bank transfer (swift), please note that you are responsible for any additional charges made by the bank.  It is advisable to send the payment through the same bank. We have accounts at the major Greek Banks: National Bank, Alpha Bank, and Piraeus Bank. If you sent the bank through a different bank or one that is not listed, please add 4 euros (the charge fee of our bank).

International Shipping

We can ship your order worldwide. Please note that the shipping cost in your cart is the cost for up to 1 kg for your area based on the delivery address. After you place your order, we will gather your goods, weigh the order and send you a quote for the actual postage fee. You can pay it either by PayPal or by Credit Card.

The estimated shipping rate for small packages is:

17 euros/kg for European destinations

20 euros/kg for the rest of the World

If your order contains a bulk item or you are in doubt, please ask for a quote before ordering. 

Scraps n Pieces uses FedEx, DHL, or Hellenic Post and its trusted shipping partners to ship all parcels worldwide.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are applied once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient (you) before a package will be released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different for each country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of our control. We mark each customs invoice with the price you paid for each item and are unable to lower or modify this amount for any reason.

International shipments may take longer to arrive. If you feel that your order is late, please contact us. All our packages are shipped with registered service and are trackable.

Scrapsnpieces.gr uses a courier service for faster and more reliable delivery of products. Our trusted partner is ELTA Courier (www.elta-courier.gr) and Geniki Taxydromiki (https://www.taxydromiki.com/).

You can track the progress of your order from your personal profile on our page. After we ship your order, you can track it here using your tracking number (included in your shipping notice).

RETURN POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not in effect for digital products that are downloadable. Embossing powders, colors, inks, glues, varnishes, mediums and similar products, are not eligible for return due to their nature. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for products that were bought with discounts, special offers, or sales.

European Union Customers

In case you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt but please note that the return shipping costs are borne by you. You should be aware that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product only as a result of product management other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and operation of the product.

Before returning the product, it is essential to contact us via e-mail or phone call to inform us and get the withdrawal declaration form.

Then you need to print and sign the withdrawal declaration form and sent it back along with the product(s).

The product should be in its original condition, unopened and unused and it should be properly packaged so as not to be damaged in any way when shipped. If the product does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

After we receive and examine the product, we will refund the value of the product only (not the original shipping costs) within 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used for paying your initial order.

Other International Customers

If you are a customer outside of the European Union, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Return due to a defective product or product error

If you receive a defective product or product different from what you ordered, please contact us via e-mail including clear photos of the problem within 3 days of receipt.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for defects resulting from the misuse of the product or from use other than the one indicated by the manufacturer or from accidental events such as falling items etc.

Depending on the case we may replace your product or refund your money.

In case of product replacement, you may need to ship the product back to us. In case you are located in Greece, we will send our Courier partner to receive the product, at your convenience. If you are an international customer, you will need to send the product back to us using your national postal service declaring that it concerns a return.

In any case, the product should be in its original state, complete, unopened, or tampered with, without the product or its packaging in any way altered. 

3. Undelivered Order

International Orders

It takes normally 3 - 10 days (depending on the destination) for Hellenic Post to deliver registered mail to your country's central postal service. From then on, delivery time depends on your local postal service. Also, orders can sometimes get held up by customs. While we cannot be held responsible for such delays, if you feel that your order is late, please let us know and we will help you track your order.

If an order appears to have arrived at your local post office, according to the tracking service, then it is your responsibility to collect your order. If the order is returned as undelivered, unclaimed, or for an unknown recipient or address, then the order is not refunded and can be shipped back to you, at your expense.

Sometimes orders can be held by customs. We cannot assume responsibility or refund in such a case.

If we cannot locate your order and it is not delivered within 60 days, then we will refund your order.
