Emboss black cardstock with Mini Foundry, then lightly apply silver, bronze or copper metallic wax over the raised areas. Add a little brown or orange Distress ink around the edges for a rusted effect and use the panel as a background for a steampunk tag, masculine birthday card or mixed media journal page with mechanical character.
