The paper is made from 100% cotton, in an Ivory tone, with a lightly embossed texture suitable for sketching, writing, art journaling and creative color techniques.
The leather cover is dyed with traditional Indian vegetable dyes and protects the inner paper block while staying soft and flexible in use. Because the journal is refillable, you can replace the paper block once it is full and continue using the same leather cover.

🍂 Note on natural patina
The vegetable dyes used on the leather cover may naturally leave a vintage patina on the paper over time, especially where the leather touches the pages. This gives the journal a more handmade, aged character and makes each piece unique.
To create a similar effect on other pages, you can very lightly dampen the leather, place the paper against it and let it dry in the sun. Test on one page first, as the intensity of the patina may vary depending on the leather, moisture and drying time.
