The concept of Ikigai inspired this set by Cat Kerr and Sizzix – the area where four pillars intersect – your passion (what you love), your vocation (what you’re good at), your mission (what the world needs) and your profession (what you can be paid for).
The set includes 3 stencils designed by Cat including birds in flight and swirling foliage along with 5 clear stamps featuring more patterns and individual elements to celebrate ‘your reason for being’.
Use these stencils to layer inks, paints, and stains, and add dimension to your art journals, cards, and mixed media projects - use them alone or together.
Stencil from the collection Mindful Moodling designed by Just Lou for Studio Light.
What is actually Mindful Moodling? Lou Withers, known as Just Lou, has introduced the term to the craft community.
Moodling comes from the words Mood + Doodling. Everybody doodles at some point and what they doodle relates to their mood and circumstances. “Moodle” means aimless do something. If you add the word “Mindful”, it creates a purpose as well. So, the term Mindful Moodling was born!
