Features of the trimmer include: an elbow that sets the position for quick 6 inch cuts, a 15 inch extendable ruler, a rotary blade, a paper stop on both ends, a cutting arm, gripper feet, a lock that holds the shuttle in place, and a cutting mat that has four cutting positions and is replaceable. The measuring surface is 12x5 inches, has an extended measuring guide of 12x15 inches and a .25 inch grid lines. This package contains a 16 inch tall by 5-1/2 inch wide paper trimmer.
