- How do I know if the product I am interested in is in stock?
The answer is simple: If the system lets you add it to your cart and buy it, that means it is in our warehouse ready to be delivered. If the product is out of stock, the button “Add to Cart” is displayed.
We currently have over 10,000 different products in stock. Sometimes - though very rarely – a product has mistakenly displayed the option “Availability: In stock” while in the online store it is out of stock. In such a case, we will contact you before sending any order. In case it has already been paid, we will refund the money with the same payment method you have chosen (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- The product I am interested in is out of stock. How will I be informed when it is available again?
When a product is out of stock, the option “Add to Cart” disappears and is replaced by the option "Notify me when available". You can click on it, and then the system will automatically notify you by e-mail as soon as the product is back in stock. This service is provided to registered users only, as it requires the use of your e-mail.
- Can I order a product from a company you have in your store?
Orders to companies are usually placed long before the products appear on the website. Also, many products are limited editions and thus no longer available for reorders from the stores. Usually, we do not import one single product exclusively for you, because the minimum quantity of each order concerns several pieces. On the other hand, delivery time includes at least one month - maybe more.
However, we are very likely to have already ordered the product you are interested in! Ask us and we will tell you if and when we expect it!
- Can I order large quantities of a product?
If the quantity you need is not available, contact us and we will let you know whether or when the product you want will arrive.
- Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order value is 10€, excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs.
- In how many days will I receive the order?
Most of the orders are shipped within the next working day. Depending on your place of residence you will receive in 1 to 2 days. A small percentage of orders are shipped in 2 or a maximum of 3 working days.
- How will my order be shipped?
All orders up to 3 kg are sent by either ELTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki. Heavier orders may be shipped using standard postal service. You can track and trace the progress of your order from your personal profile on our website until it is shipped. After the shipment you can follow its progress at the courier company's site, using the tracking number that we had previously sent you by email.
- Is there a shipping cost?
For destinations in Greece, all orders over 55 euros (net value) are entitled to free shipping for the first 2 kg, as a gift from us. Orders under 55 euros have three (3 €) euros extra charge for delivery for the first 2Kgr. Shipping costs for destinations outside Greece vary by country. See more about our shipping policies here.
- Can I pick up my order myself?
You can select "In-store pick up" and pick up your order yourself from our place at 40 Theomitoros str. (2nd floor), in Agios Dimitrios, You can find the available hours for pick up here.
- How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Credit or Debit Card, Pay on delivery, Bank Deposit or PayPal. Do not forget that the bank deposit must be performed within 3 working days and any interbank charges are borne by the customer. Also note that cash on delivery costs are 2.80 euros and paypal costs are 3 euros.
- How do I request an invoice?
Before you start the checkout process - while you are still in the cart – note that the system has a drop down menu at the bottom left that says "Document". When you press it, it displays a box with the options "Receipt / Invoice". The option "Receipt" is default. Select "Invoice" and proceed with the order. In the next step, you will be asked to fill in your details, and the system will automatically issue an invoice.
** ATTENTION: If you forget to select the option "Invoice" before placing the order, even if you enter the invoice details later, the system cannot issue an invoice.
- Can you send me my order directly if I have paid by bank transfer?
If we prepare the order and the courier company has not come to pick it yet, maybe we can. We advise you to email us, immediately, a copy of the payment, and let us know that you are in a hurry to receive it and we will do our best!
- Can my order be delivered on Saturday, even if I need to be extra charged?
No Saturday delivery is available. However, for orders in Greece, if your area is served by an ELTA Courier (and not the Hellenic Post Office) or Geniki Taxydromiki department, it might probably be open, so you can pick your order up in person. Call them so as to inform you. Do not forget to have the tracking number of your shipment (it is written in the confirmation e-mail where it mentions that your order has been sent).
- I have placed an order and chose to pay by bank deposit but I have lost the bank account details.

ATTENTION!!! If the transaction includes transfer between different banks, there may be an extra cost depending on your bank, which you must include in your deposit.
- I purchased a color, ink or other similar product and I want to return it:
Colors, inks, embossing powders, glues, varnishes, mediums and similar products are not elligible for returns due to their nature. You can read our return policy here.
