Dries clear and produces a matte finish. You can color it wet or dry and experiment with endless color combinations! Apply directly to porous or non-porous surfaces such as paper, chipboard, wood, fabric, glass, metal, and plastic. The applicator tip bottle is designed for applying to smaller elements.
