A few days ago, I tried Acrylic pouring and I absolutely fell in love!
Browsing the web for more DIY ideas, I came across this one.
How about creating it together?
Let's transform our mirror using the pouring technique? 😊
All we need is:
- acrylics
- single-use plastic cups
- stirrers
- a round wooden base for the mirror
- a mirror (smaller than the base)
- glue Ε600
- a media mat
Let’s start by choosing colors and pour them into the plastic cups.
Wechosewhiteand 3 other colors– oh yes, we also create white hues!
Add the pouring medium too – always depending on the dosage indicated on the package! and stir...
Once the colors are ready, start with white,
in the same plastic cup,
and alternately, add the rest of the colors ...
And now the fun part 😉 , pour the color on the base of your mirror...
Shake the base gently to “help” colors spread… silicon tools may be used to make beautiful designs!
Once you achieve the desired outcome, let it dry. It will take several hours, you’d better leave it overnight.
When you make sure that the base is dry, stick your mirror using the E600 glue.
Once again, let it dry for several hours to be safe.
And your beautiful mirror is ready!
